Author and Creator of the Balance Procedure

Jenny is a Meridian Energy Advanced Practitioner/Trainer, NLP Practitioner a practitioner and trainer in Holistic Therapies and a Reiki Master. Jenny is also a qualified teacher and in 2005 won the National Regional New Horizons Award for her teaching in Cambridge, UK.

For the past twenty years of Complimentary and Healing Practice, Jenny has learnt and used many different therapies and counseling methods in order to help her clients and herself find relief from physical and emotional discomforts. In 2003 Jenny was introduced to Meridian Energy Techniques becoming a practitioner and trainer in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) developed by Gary Craig, BE SET FREE FAST developed by Larry Nimms, and Tapas Acupressure Technique developed by Tapas Fleming. From this base and with the understanding of the; Aura's, The Meridian System and the Chakras and how they all interact, she was able to develop a technique called the 'Balance Procedure'.

The Balance Procedure, which is accredited by the Association of the Advancement of Meridian Therapies and approved by "The Federation of Holistic Therapists" and TheComplimentary Therapists Association (which are two of the largest insurance companies in the UK representing multi-disciplined complementary therapists), is an easy to learn and use 7 steps Procedure, which will enable you to find a new freedom in creating a fulfilling life.

Jenny is a Fellow of The Association for the Advancement of Meridian Energy Therapies (AAMET) which is a non-profit making organization and it is open to all. She is also a member of Toastmaster International, the leading movement devoted to making effective oral communication a worldwide reality.

Jenny is an inspirational, motivational speaker and runs workshops nationwide on various topics (freedom from emotional eating, addictions, phobias, public speaking, limiting beliefs, body image etc.) and works with all age groups from babies to the elderly. Jenny also runs seminars for large and small business organisations, sports professionals, schools and colleges, and local groups for a wide range of needs.
